I remember at Knowsley Rd in 2006 when we lost something like 48-12 and the young kid for Wigan in the centres was the only plus point of the game and looked absolutely solid... well he Had an absolute blinder for us yesterday and was so determined!! The boy Goulding takes it for me!

1) Carmont - awesome in defense (I'm thinking Delaney will be having nightmares for a while) and his try started the leeds panic
2) Goulding - great positioning, stopped senior linking with donald, well taken try - could have had two but for the bounce of the ball
3) Gleeson - great defense and a nice try at the end

If our outside backs can defend like that next week then it could be special. Leeds could not break the Wigan line, despite being given possession from ball steals and weird decisions (the two drags were a perfect example). Had it not been for Buderus' ball steal (which Thaler must have looked up in a different rule book) then leeds could well have been nilled.
