You'd think the playoffs would be the best attended games. Just goes to show the people of Wigan aren't interested in this playoff nonsense. Roll on next February and the start of the league campaign again.

I just think people can't be bothered with playoffs. Next week, 1st placed Wigan could be playing away at 4th placed Leeds. And your league position is meant to give you an advantage! You pay £200 for a ST to watch games that have 1% influence on who the Champions are! What a waste of money! No wonder people don't turn up, they think its a joke!

I agree it's a joke that a playoff system can produce a 4th at home to 1st fixture. Ridiculous

I bet all these people would have found the money had to won a passage straight to old trafford, some fans are really fickle cant belive that we are struggling for a crowd on friday after being well supported at home this year.

I would of thought the last thing you need was an awful lot of away fans possibly outshouting the home support.

Of course it won't help them! Our speccies are a strange old bunch. We have the highest average attendance by a distance but when playoff games or even challenge cup semi-finals come round, we struggle to sell tickets. I'll never understand it tbh, Friday night is the biggest game of our season. You will definately outshout us btw, have a safe trip over on Friday!

I got my tickets at 9am this morning by phone was number 3 in the queue. A bit of a panic as I assumed I had until close of play Wednesday to claim my season ticket seats - I missed the discount for ST holders as well - buggar!
