Mellor to replace Deacon perhaps?
Marsh and Charnley to cover for the centres and wingers.
Davies to gain more minutes starting from the bench when needed.
Roberts to earn his right to play in the 13.
Prescott and O'Carroll to get the boot if they don't show massive improvement.
Pryce and Phelps to get the boot.
Hock to come back as a prop/SR.
I wish they'd kept hold of Sammy Gee, as a hooker who was an active part of the very successful Wigan youth system it would be the right time for him to push on.'"
Interesting point about Gee. I thought he looked most impressive in Wigan's reserves throughout that two year spell when the forwards pack was very dominant with Davies, Farrell, Mossop etc being pushed around by Gee. I was surprised when he was free to leave. He's ripped it up at Skolars. Far too good for that league, I saw him score one of the best individual tries i've ever seen at Blackpool.

[quote="kimmo":19twb50c]your 6 7 and 9 this year will kill you off you will not make the play offs ,keep this post untill the end of the year and then we will come back to it and the best man wins ,deal or no deal .[/quote:19twb50c]: |

| Still a few positions up in the air for next year but thats the best thing about having quality squad depth. If players are injured or not performing there will always be someone to come in of a good standard.
Still one quota spot yet so still a chance for someone else to come in or maybe resign Phelps for another year whos had some bad luck with injuries.
Tommy is an 80 minute player whether it be 9 or at 7. I cannot see him coming off the bench unless he has a significant drop in form. Micky Mac has a chance to play a bench role week in week out but theres so many options its not guaranteed. Ideally we need Roberts or even Phelps stay fit to look after the full back duties to prevent Sam dropping to 1 so we can leave Tommy at 9.
I think we need to give Sam as much time in the halves as possible with Finch as when Finch leaves it will be Sam's job to run the show from half back. I dont mind us playing him at full back but we do not want to overdo it his position is half back and first and foremost thats were we should look to play him to gain experience and confidence.
Mossop will stay in the second row next year but he has alot to prove at the moment he is behind Farrell, Tuson, Hansen. obviously Joel and Hoffman. Our props will be Prescott, Coley, Fielden, Lima. Hock to come in as well so we will have plenty back up in the props and second row.

Next year i expect rotation virtually every game especially in the forwards and it will help us no end with the all action high impact defence our forwards are expected to achieve by Madge. so the likes of O'Carrol, Davies, Farrell, Tuson, and Mossop will still get plenty of game time. When Hock comes back if he regains the form hes capable and depending on which position he is being moulded for he'll push someone out of the first 17.
In the backs i expect our younger players to get a few extra games aswell, it should be much easier blooding the youngsters next year than ever before with this team and how dominant it could be.
