phelps played well. the fiasco with ainy will not have impressed madge one little bit.If he is trying to get into the first team he is not going the right way about it.

Interesting this. The rumour I have heard is Roberts is just a few weeks away from playing yet Phelps and Ainscough cannot seem to force a game in the first team.
I am a big fan of Phelps, he started the season on fire but after his minor injuries he looks a shadow of the player he was. With Roberts on his way back he will struggle to get a run in the first team to prove his worth. With his contract due to expire at this moment in time this is looking like his last season at Wigan. He will have no problems finding another club, I can see him going to Huddersfield to replace Brett Hodgeson.
Ainscough for me is a NL1 player, possibly a lower SL player at best. Poor defensively and poor under the high ball. If he had anything about him as a player he would have ousted Goulding from the wing weeks ago.
The tables have completely turned. It is so refreshing to see different players get a chance and they are being used in the right way rather than thrown in out of position ala Pryce when he played 6 last season.

Such a dissapointment on the loss, but Warrington deserved a good slap off ainy! he was tormented thoughout the game and as the guy hit him first its natural rugby banter to give him a good telling back!
Warriors simply didnt have there heads in the game, but bring on the rest of season n get them points back boys!!!!
