Me and a mate were down at the Wigan training ground in orrall yesterday watching the first team and a few reserves training (the likes of liam farrell and pryce etc). After training had finished Sam Tomkins, Micheal McIlorum and Shaun Wayne were out for a brief time practising, judgeing kicks into the in goal and area and also seeing who could hit the cross bar. All three attempted to hit the cross bar but we couldnt believe it when Shaun Wayne hit it four times in a row, even times in a row. Even Radlinski appeared saying 'f**k me' and coudnt beleive what he had seen.
With kicks like that he'd be worthy of donning the famous Cherry and White Shirt again lol.
Also in responce to a previous thread regarding someone seeing Maguire at hald six in the morning sometimes on the way to training. I can confirm that this has happened this season. Unsure though as to how often etc.

He sure is the work he put in for the reserves has been a credit to our club and using his experience gained has helped us hugely alongside the other coaching staff.
I don't have anything but total respect for Shaun Wane. What he has done with Wigan's youngsters is unreal from when they were u18s and now maturing in fine young men playing rugby at the highest level. Now the first team are benefiting from having him in their environment not only at this moment in time but in years to come when, Davies, Farrell and others who make it to the first team, through his guidance will take Wigan on to great things.
