I am a blackburn fan, who is about to graduate from the university of central lancashire in PRESTON and lived there off and on for 3 years, support wigan (manchester neighbour) and live in warrington (invaded with mancunians) so i'm staying out of this debate.
and as a rovers fan at the game on saturday, my player game and clapped us (dont mean to rub it in)
Back on topic, i think over than the odd occastion the amount of players from wigan coming over to clap fans has always been of a good number. I do agree the reaction of the players is different now and you can see a natural smile on their faces and genuine excitment, but does that not come with success after all these are professional athletes who are very competitive, they feel as high as us when we win and i would have thought as low when we lose......but long may the winning continue
