Looking at the new flag got me thinking.
First Rugby League team to win the Challenge Cup at Wembley
First team to win two consecutive Challenge Cup cup finals at Wembley
First team to win the World Club Challenge
First team to win the Grand Final play off.
Last team to win a league derby v Saints at Central Park
Last team to win a league derby v Saints at Knowsley Road.
And so it goes , my first, my last my everything.

That wasn't a World Club Challenge. Was just a friendly. Saints were not even champions. Salford were the Champions in 1976. |
