i dont know if this deserves a thread of its own but i have to post it. I was in a social club not far from the ground yesterday .Hull and KR were playing, it was being shown on the big screen. there wernt many in which was great i could get to the bar easy. mainly saints fans to be honest. As i watched the game sean long made a break. i couldnt help myself up i stood and shouted quite loud , GET HIM FLATTENED, the whole place fell quiet and i could feel myself blush , The first words out of my mouth were sorry folks old habbits die hard. To which a few smiled and laughed , we sloped out shortly after

I caught the start of Hull KR v FC at home and I must admit I was pleased to see the scruffy haired Long playing there and not against us yesterday.

There you go, and James, you forgot to tell them your his brother .

Me too, no matter what they say, they miss Long, Eastmond and sam for that matter dont have the experience in those big games, of course that will come, but i have a feeling that if Long had still been at saints yesterday may have finished different!

Also they are completly knackerd next season when kfc retires, you just cannot replace someone like him. Unless they have a wonderkid in their junior set up, I just dont see who they are going to get.

I'd have loved to see Longy's face after the game if he'd still been playing for Skints (with the same result, of course...)
