I appreciate that you guys have a genuine grievance with Hemmings, but just bear in mind that Phil 'Mr Wigan' Clarke comes across as a bit of a n0bhead to most people who don't follow Wigan as well.....I think each of the 3 stooges needs to bear in mind that they are supposed to be impartial and not to allow their tinted glasses take over when a match is on.

I didnt hear Phil Clarke throwing one off last night which he had every right to after the he listened to from Hemmings. Phil Clarke maybe mr Wigan but he doesnt broadcast it like that Hemmings.

Hemmings has no background in the game and has just blagged his way through as a commentator. It hasn't helped him coming from Merseyside.

We expect Stevo not to like Wigan as he is a yorkshireman, but he by contrast has a pedigree in RL.We know Stevo loves the game.

I'm with you that Clarke is certainly more knowledgeable than Hemmings, but you are allowing your Wigan bias to get in the way of things, if you don't hear the moments that Clarke allows himself to get all gooey over his side.

Clarke gets gooey over any side. He tried to claim that Riley's try against us was one of the best you'll ever see. Most people ignore him but Wire fans seem to hang on every word he says.
