What I would say though is Wigan have 4 good props who work as a unit aswell as a couple of good back up options(Mossop and O'Carroll) whereas Wire are very reliant on Morley and Carvell and injuries to either could really screw up the season.
Morley is also not a million miles off the end of his career and will need replacing.'"

A million miles? He's got 2 or 3 seasons in him tops. He's been an outstanding player, one of my favourites tbh but the end comes for everyone and he looked like a guy thats not too far from it in the four nations.
IMO to get more then a couple of seasons out of him Wire will have to get him some extra support upfront. If Wood can stay fit he'll help but a 4th frontline prop would really be ideal. |
