Not sure I have the patience to wait in the phone queue just yet having spent £££ on fuel, hotel, food etc to have the game called off the other day.
A bit miffed to say the least icon_sad.gif

Please don't say we have to come up there to get the refund either!?

Quote: Andy Greg "Why do the club not give an option of exchanging it for a ticket for another friendly. Like Wakefield, Leigh or Warrington would make more sence.'"

Presume its as they are all away games. If both home games im sure that could have been arrange.

Rougues suggestion would make more sense.

Matt, if they've taken payment by credit card and allocated a particular ticket, why is there a need to return the ticket? Surely when making the refund it will make that specific ticket invalid for further refund claims?

Think it's just a case of being able to tally up between the two in terms of tickets being returned and refunds being handed out.
