Not sure I have the patience to wait in the phone queue just yet having spent £££ on fuel, hotel, food etc to have the game called off the other day.

Matt, if they've taken payment by credit card and allocated a particular ticket, why is there a need to return the ticket? Surely when making the refund it will make that specific ticket invalid for further refund claims?
They must all our postcodes and nmes so why not send the cheque in post, went up knowsley rd today looking to see if the ticket office and there was nobody there.

Think it's just a case of being able to tally up between the two in terms of tickets being returned and refunds being handed out.
