He might be able to get Feka back to the shape he was in during the time of that avater picture of yours.
If we all turned up for the first pre season game and he was in prime shape I think we'd all look forward to the season that bit more. |

Don't think there's time for him to have that much effect tbh, the guy might be good but he can't work miracles. All I'm expecting is some sort of noticeable improvement. |

Being a complete novice in the area of conditioning but I'm guessing that it would take the best part of 6 months to get Feka down to his optimum weight and fitness levels to the required standards.
Maybe somebody with more knowledge will know better than me, but to get Feka in tip top shape will not be an easy or quick process were all hoping for. |
