FWIW I'm the least pessimistic person you'll ever know. I hope Maguire can improve our team but I don't see how an assistant coach is going to change the same team that Noble had, with Noble who had more experience and more knowledge of the English game than some 2nd rate Aussie. |

Perhaps that will be a strength for him, he perhaps doesnt know a great deal about the english game, where as many people who work in one particular field for the entire working lives get stuck in their ways and have "this is the way we do it mentality" |

Hopefully, I hope he can bring something different with new ideas but I just think people shouldn't be getting to excited with an un proven 1st team coach and the possibly of falling further back. Anyway that's the end of that.

| I don't think there will be much negativity untill the new season starts if we have some poor early losses which I don't think we will, I can see us having a great start and I really fancy playing Leeds in the first few games so we can turn them over  |
