Quote Cruncher="Cruncher"
Now I'll give you a real truth - you are absolutely cakking yourself that Wigan may appoint Michael McGuire, because it will make your long and boring stand against the chairman seem that little bit more ridiculous.'"
Cruncher, leave them too it. They are so tedious its untrue. makes me wonder why, ifthey are so knowledgeable, about all things RL, why they are not in contention for the job. the answer is simple. they know nothing and think they know all, and god forbid that you should have an opinion that is not inline with their vitriol....
Facts.
1. We are in a far better position than we were when the previous owner left.
2. We have a stated intention to push young local talent.
3. We HAVE young local talent which is getting it's chance to shine.
4. We need that talent as the rules change.
My opinion.
BN has done a great job in stabilising the club, WHICH WAS ABSOLUTLY ESSENTIAL. However, i have not liked the lack of invention we have shown, much of which should be put down to recruitment, which is affected by SC considerations. We do not know the ins and outs about that, most is just supposition. We should thank BN for what he has done, we were damn close on Saturday, and its a long time since we went into a derby game feeling so confidant. As has been stated. the king is dead, long live the king.
We are Wigan, and we will be back where we belong. And don't think for one minuite that the rest of RL is not watching us and nervous of what is happening here...
