Warrington won against a Huddersfield side who didnt show up like everyone knows they could have.
Briers on the other hand is a player Im sure is hated by 13 teams in super league. Not in the same way as Long etc where they are quality players who have won plenty in their careers. Its because Briers is a sh*tty little baby who makes footballers look honest! I wouldnt normally want a player hurt but I wish Moore had hit him harder today.'"
Wrong
Warrington won because we stopped Huddersfield playing the way they wanted.

39110_1363272058.jpg Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
-
sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever
-
Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go
-
Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know

Warrington won because Hudds did not play to their full ability, 50% of this was down to warrington. All the big decisions went Warringtons way and they took their chances.

Got to disagree. Wire dismantled Hudds as Hudds dismantled us. Smith had done his homework and had schooled his lads well. Hudds didn't know what to do when Wire came at them, and didn't stop coming at them. The only time Hudds had any kind of control was when Wire decided to go up the middle, which is precisely what you don't do with Hudds. Hudds players may have been a bit overwhelmed by the occasion but at the end of the day Wire were the better team pretty much throughout the whole game and they played the right game to overcome Hudds. The disallowed tries (for both teams) were irrelevant at the end of the day and I don't remember any other 'big' decisions going either way.

10172_1376829585.jpg Dan Sarginson: "This is a fantastic opportunity for me to join the biggest name in the competition" 18/10/2013
Tony Clubb: "This is a new exciting chapter of my life signing for Wigan and I couldn't be happier" 18/10/2013
Romain Navarrete: “I’m very happy to have signed for Wigan Warriors. As soon I knew that Wigan were interested, they were the only team that I wanted to sign for. To me, Wigan is the biggest Club in Rugby League and it will be an honour to pull on the famous Cherry-and-White jersey next year. I look forward to working with Shaun Wane and the players at Wigan.”:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_10172.jpg |
