was Dave Whittle a prop? if so he played for Leigh in late 90's and im sure he badly broke his leg and retired,Mike went back to Barrow and is now playing at Workington

BTW if you use the season by season drop down bar on the site and scroll reet to the bottom you can look back at academy seasons all the way back to 2002. Was surprised to recall that our rl2003 Junior Academyrl finished bottom of the table winning only 2 games that year after the grading phase.
