I don't think how good a player is at 15 or 16 has too much reflection on how good they will be when they are 18/19/20 and ready to break into the first team. So much can change. They will be given the facilities to improve themselves and whoever works the hardest and makes the most of it will come out on top. I am sure alot of players of that age have alot of natural ability so I would like players at Wigan with great work ethic and that includes the first team as well.
