One player who I thought made a huge difference although not on long enough to make the top three was Lee Mossop.
Ironic that he'd never get in the team if Hock & Lockers were available yet having a fifth prop made such a difference.
Catalans have bust us up the middle game after game but they didn't last night. Greenshield made a run off a forward bust in the first half and Fakir made a good bust up the middle in the second. That was it!
With Noble playing five props they came off before they were knackered or hurt and went back on fresher. Cats got nowhere up the middle and that's why it was a stalemate between the forwards.
Both teams scored all their tries out wide.
If, with five props the lads can hold a pack as big as theirs then we are in with a chance against other smaller units.
Mossop must stay and become the fifth prop. No more loans for that lad!
Not in the top three but what a difference he made!
