IMO if Noble continues to get these wins, I can see him getting a new deal and why not? and then the two new props, (only one if Coley resigns), second rower and HB will be announced to the public. Giving him chance to work with the new signings.

No results other than a grand final win should keep Noble in his job. If he can get his team motivated like he has in the past two games then he should have been doing it from the first game of the season then we’d be firmly planted in the top 8.

Spot on, if we were to have a good last 7 games it means nothing what about the previous 20, regarding Noble going or not, Lenegan says it results driven which it may well be, but I don't think Lenegan's gonna wait till October to see how we get on, there may be no coaches available then and it's to late.
