Many of the conditioning "guru's" from the states refer to the time that an athlete away from the coaches as the crucial aspect in them maximising potential or not. Whatever is done in the 3 yours contact a day or whatever can easily be undone by the 21 hours they are away from the club.

Really stupid error of judgement when the lad was playing some really good rugby. Sadly though he deserves everything thats coming to him if he's failed the test.

I realy hope we send a strong message out to all the young players coming through and sack him. Got to be the biggest waste of talent for a long time. Year on year I hoped he would get his game right and channel his aggression, reduce the brain farts, and then he goes and does this to the club. Prat!
