This is what also worries me, many people on here beg for Shaun Edwards - but would we just suddenly turn on him should he not improve things?
Who's saying he would improve things? After all, I'm not naive enough to think Shaun Edwards hasn't had any RL experience - far from it but flip the coin has he had any real RL
coaching experience? Simple answer, No.
That's not to say he wouldn't be a success - he could take over and win us back to back GF/CC's, but appointing a relatively un-experienced RL coach is a high risk.
IF Noble were to leave, Wigan would need an experienced and proven RL coach to take over.
I feel for BN because its obvious he has put in alot of time and effort into stabilising the club and changing things for the better - most of which aren't known to us fan's. I think Noble has laid some superb foundations for the building of something special at Wigan - it's just a question of if he will ever get the chance to see his hard-work and determination pay dividends.
