Even though I feel the time is right to get rid of Noble my only worry is our recruitment policy will be value for money & not the best person for the job.

and i would be 1 of those!!!...i dont mind getting beat as long as we try...and over the first three games there has been zero effort.

I believe the effort is there but sadly we are lacking in application, execution and worryingly ability

doesnt matter who replaces noble at the moment because the team simply arnt good enough and thats a fact i sound like benitez
