| Personally I think this is symptomatic of the decision to hand the coaching staff the ridiculously long contracts.
I think this puts them in a comfort zone, no need to worry about a new deal. The job security may subconsciously reduce those 1% extra efforts. Who knows.
After we did 2 in a row 19 and 20 we won the CC in 21 as well as the GF and were more or less utterly dominant. How much of that was Woolf busting a gut to get back to the NRL?
With a full side I’ll still back you to win the comp but you are way off it at the moment and have been for a while.
Time for Peet to show his credentials by ending the Wade experiment and to turn the team round however he chooses to do so.
You desperately need to hope that French comes back and stays fit until the end of the season.
Every side at this stage of the season has players playing busted and have injuries. We had 9 missing on Thursday.
Admittedly Wigan have barely had a week off and had the Vegas trip etc but that’s on Peet to rotate more. Nsemba looks a shadow of himself.

| It's what happens when the club puts the wants of other clubs before that of it's own fans & what's right for the club.
Less face it, the fans at Wigan are the last on the list. Pay up, sit there and happy clap until your hands are raw.
We've got a billionaire sat in the stands, but yet we're still abiding by the cap. At the end of last season like last year Maurice would have gone out and bought an absolute superstar - all just to put an exclamation point on the dominance and make sure it continued. The second we even showed a shadowing of a wobble, he'd be bringing a top talent in.
Radlinski doesn't have the balls to do what's truly right for this club. He's more bothered about making friends with the other chairman and playing nice.
Time to stop all this nice BS stuff. Get someone absolutely ruthless in. A visionary with one goal - to make Wigan the most dominant force in world rugby. Game after game, trophy after trophy, year after year - all underpinned by the best talents in the game.

| Hull completely out enthused us on Saturday and effectively beat us at our game. Excellent kicking game with 3-4 defenders running at Wade. I dont blame Sezer one bit for using that tactic. Test him out with the 1st one, if he looks comfy try something different. He didnt look comfy so he got 80 minutes of being put under pressure. The issue i have was our lack of intensity and almost feel as though the players were leaving Wade out to dry, not one player provided him any protection from the oncoming defenders all game. At worst, if after the 1st couple of kicks they'd seen he was struggling, block off the oncoming players and perhaps give a penalty away, but not even once did we look like doing that
The re-jig during the game with Havard playing 2nd row was picked up on BBC by Brierley in commentary saying he doesnt have the same lateral movement that a usual 2nd row would have, and again Sezer played on that. Brierley's commentary as i've said about him before is very insightful from a current player's perspective. He said that because Havard cant move as well laterally, that Smith had a decision to make whether to stay or come in, and the fraction of a second delay, gave someone as smart as Sezer all he needed. So for i think it was Cartwrights 2nd try, he strolled through a gap and for his try there was a similar situation, and again he walked through untouched

| Someone should have taken one for the team and taken Sezer out.

Not watched the game back but watching live I thought he caught a couple before he dropped one.

I think he caught 1, but was shaky to say the least and i think most of the ones he did take, there was a fumble. It was clear he wasnt comfortable under the high ball, and as i said dont blame Hull / Sezer for absolutely hammering him with kicks. They needed to win a game, and found a weak link in the Wigan side and played on it. Similar with Havard at 2nd row / Faz at centre, they'd have been insane not to

| Backing Leigh to finish top 2 now, very disappointing to see such a poor Wigan side.

Masterplan to win it from 6th with a Wigan ref in every play-off game just to cause a social media meltdown
