I was delighted to be proved wrong. He took the try superbly, it was a breathtaking combination of strength, pace and footwork.

It was one of the all time great Wembley tries.

I'm still not sure he's a centre. But I do know one thing: only a great player could have scored that try.

Reminds me a lot of the try which Tomkins scored vs Wakefield last year (the game when paint allegedly dried). Feel sure that score was a big influence on Maguire picking him at centre this year. Yet another example of excellence in coaching.
