Madge moved Joel into the centres, and Sam to FB, he's getting more out of Preckie and Mossop, he's got Finch improving, so who can say Ratchford won't improve or find a position where he can excel and fit into the squad? He's got experience at 6 and in the centres, has good hands, tackles above his weight, and also has a kicking game.
