Fair bit of Twittering about Cas fans behaviour last Saturday. Anyone close to the "action" care to enlighten us?

Emphasis on the 'again' there, having never had a problem before. What an utterly embarrassing set of individuals. The scum of Rugby League.

Mr Lister showed a great deal of self restraint in the circumstances.Unlike his father who remained in the thick of it..

Would that be Moses "Moe" Lister?

The stewards were just a waste of space. I do not know what purpose they serve other than strolling forward to the front of the East Stand when someone scores The security blokes were a bit better but explained how they were faced with an impossible task based on the sheer volume of cretins from Castleford. They were livid as well to be fair and said they would be reporting what happened. I think they booted out a few Castleford but I suspect at least one of them sneaked back in. They were a disgrace to the club and the sport itself.

Basically, I was forced to move from my regular seat for sitting and tolerating several of Castleford's finest abusing and threatening me for 40 minutes (I was fine with this but apparently a few of them were on the verge of killing me because of my mere presence, winding them up). This was on the advice of the security personnel who after originally letting me sit there at my own risk, whose boss then decided that if I elected not to move from my seat, they would forcibly remove me from the ground.

Salute to the Broncos fans who came over in support and the occasional Cas fan who had a brain and stood up for us.

Had the pleasure to stand with the 'classy' Cas morons at Langtree Park last year, could feel my brain cells dying as the match went on.

I was at the eastern edge of the east stand and didn't see the trouble. What I did experience from the sub humans supporting "classy Cas" was a constant stream of f@cks c@nts and b@stards directed at London and castleford players and match officials in the presence of four and five year old children. As a northerner it is massively embarrassing.

Was sat at the other side of the stand so missed the "trouble" (e/g nothing to side here move along now). But, why wear a Rhinos shirt and sit with the Cas fans, you blatantly did it, to wind people up & get a reaction yeah? I'd fully expect a similar reaction from Wakefield fans if I wore a Cas shirt and sat with them to cheer on London or something like that. I'm not saying that that reaction is right, but it's par for the course. It's cool to tarnish us all with the tag of Scum of rugby league. Got to admit, I noticed dave / (whoever your real name is) in a Leeds shirt as I walked out of the bar, I just looked the other way & ignored, it is a pity other Cas fans couldn't do that. In the end, I find it hilarious the stewards wanted rid of you icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif

Banter does not equal abuse. One of the key things League has over soccer is that in general, fans are pretty well behaved and can take a decent ribbing.
