I think the plan needs to use less and smaller words if you want Gus to read it.

I don't get why Brentford fans have been targeted on the 20 point plan. I have never seen anything to prove that Brentford have a higher amount of RL fans than any other London Football Club.

The idea isn't bad though. Having played there, there is a relationship so a programme advertisement there, at Orient and Gillingham could well swell the numbers. However, the people that should be targeted are RUGBY fans. Where do Broncos play? At the Stoop, the home of the Harlequins. The RU season ends in May and doesn't start again till September I believe so fill the ground with posters, advertisements and PA announcements. If the club has to, give away free tickets to people as they go through the turnstile. If 10% of the Quins' last attendance turned up, thats an increase of 1,480 on the Broncos gate. That's just the Quins fans, advertise at London Irish, its not far on the overground and do so at Saracens as well.

Good to see your 20 point plan again. I'd forgotten how amazing it sounded. Simple (mostly), direct and full of common sense. It's probably too late now, but well done.
