Yep, and something that is desperately needed now. Man utd have won trophies for years, but are not doing so right now. Things need to be adapted when the chips are down.
Things can change if they let the willing volunteers help

Comparing our club's plight to Man Utd is frankly ridiculous.

What are volunteers going to do to help the club?

| Yesterday was dire and a worrying regression given that we were okay last week. Really awful.

Perhaps a lot more to promote the club than the current marketing lot are doing as they seem to know more about the area. It baffles me that there hasn't been a massive concerted effort to get the name around to the new area apart from a Harrow Observer ad and a few tweets that I am only aware of.

| As the crowds are getting so low maybe the time has come for the club to be more innovative? Maybe let kids living in local, selected postcode(s) in free all season if they come with an adult? Let the adults come free all seasobn too so long as the kid and adult buy a replica shirt first visit? Make sure there are catering outlets with profits going to Hive. May find that revenues actually increase with free entry?

| As a "lapsed fan" this season I find it interesting that I have not received a single communication asking me to come back or why I have not gone.

Likewise. They are just not interested, and the feeling is becoming mutual.

| I couldn't get to yesterday's game (only time I have been thankful that I was ill).
But can anyone who was there tell me just what was the HB pairing. I ask because when I saw the line up and that Bishay was on the bench and that Moore and Cunningham were both in the starting 13. so did one of these play in the halves with Drinkwater and Bishay was playing the hooker role of the bench.
If this was the case, it sounds madness to me. Moore and Cunningham have been playing well when both playing the hooker role. and Bishay been doing alright in the halves. So why would TR mess around with this it don't make sense how can players get use to each other if week after week he moves them round.
I read that Farrar played FB, which again I don't understand from what I read and picked up on when asking in a NRL forum that Solomona is a great FB and the Mel Storm coach didn't want him to leave and the fans saw him as the guy to take over from Billy Slater.
I don't know a thing about coaching (so know need for any comments ok lol). but wouldn't it have been better to play Farrar in the centres to keep an eye on the young ones and then have Solomona at FB. and then stop messing with the halves and have Drinkwater/Bishay, and then just let Moore and Cunningham do their job at Hooker.
maybe then the guys can stop dicking around and know where they playing all season. I just look at the Bulls game and Drinkwater/Farrar ran that well and we know we could have won it if the rest of the backline hadn't got injured and left us short and no bench to use. And against the Wolves Bishay had a good game in the halves and for a while we were in with a shout in that game.
I just don't understand why all the moving around in position. so after all that waffle if anyone can tell me what the set up was and if you felt it was wrong or went ok.
On another note after that defeat I was trying to get out of going out next Friday night, but I aint now that's for sure.. Watching what Leeds could and will do to us will be more then my heart and nerves could take, that and my wife be so glad as I wont be screaming at the tv and having the neighbour's moaning or thinking she try to kill me yet again.

Your theory is great for our northern friends who live within 2 or 3 miles of their club, my question is who on this forum or goes to the home games would be able to help promote the club and lives within 2 to 3 miles of the Hive. This is your chance to stand up and be counted.
The majority of the Broncos supporters travel along way to support their club and do not have the time or money to promote the club in north London. Before you all start having a go at me it was the same in south London.

This is what breaks my heart and at the same time is so easy to resolve.
When long-standing afficionados like PP and Euclid (and probably hundreds of others) have been allowed to disappear without being written/emailed/phoned to ask why then it is little wonder we can look forward to 600 (I'm hoping for 666) against Cas.
We had 800 season ticket holders last year but only 200 members this year. Never mind leaflet drops, the very first thing to do is contact the missing 600. After that, there'll be a set of fans from last year who attended the majority of games but didn't have a season ticket. There'll be a lot fewer of them this year - the club should be in contact to find out why. All very easy to do.

The three main facts that persuaded us not to become a membership holder is-
A) the joining fee
B) the massive hike of 'youth' concession prices
C) I can't get to every home game this season so the monthly membership just wasn't worthwhile. Purchasing 11 walk-up tickets is virtually the same as the 13 match annual membership cost.
A shame as the Hive is so easy for me to get to. Equally a shame is that I probably won't bother going to another game (home or away) until we win a match. Just 26 wins out of the 113 games since starting the 2010 season is enough of a failure rate for me not to want to come and watch more defeats. Sad but true.
