| You could, do what we are doing, out to Carcassone with Eastern Rhinos Colchester on Friday, do a bit of stuff, drink plenty, exchange ideas, as towns are twinned and then head on to watch Pia v Avignon, the last regulare game of the season, on the Sunday, oh happy days,
I could not be bothered with this weekend, more changes than a cheap rail ticket, rubbish, puts it simple, one day, next, day, then back, i even booked the Twickenham Travelodge for this, another waste of £27.00, can i get this back from Quins rufc OF lb, DOES ANYONE CARE ANYMORE, OH WELL, CHEAP PLONK ALL WEEKEND

Black Backgrounds/Zoot.gif Freedom for supporters of the government, only for members of one party - however numerous they may be - is no freedom at all. freedom is always and exclusively for one who thinks differently.

| We should be more concerned about the results on the pitch and if there is to be a future for LB, the need to not finish at the bottom of the table.
We blew most of the games that we were looking to win at the start of the season and we have failed to close out games where we had a lead, only to be turned over in the final 10-15 minutes.
If results had been better and we were further up the table then fewer people would be getting so uptight about the change of venue.
I`m not happy about this weeks venue (coming from SE London) but we just have to roll with it, same as last week at Esher.
We should stop worrying about the things we cannot change regarding the current club management/ownership/investment……they have set out their stall, we are moving next season, DH is walking away at the end of this licence period and we are stuffed if there is nobody to take over from him. As for getting our own stadium……some of you need to stop taking those mind altering drugs!!!
Enjoy what little remains of the current licence period as it could be our last. No amount of whinging and hand wringing is going to change the course we are on. The constant recycling of negative comment on our management/ground issues just drags everybody and everything down.
Can we beat Bradford?…….league position would suggest not, much like when we beat Warrington at home last season…….so of course we have a chance. Broncos to close this one out by 6 points.

Great post.
For too long now we have folks come on here shoot from the hip, not having the slightest clue what has been happening in the background, but always prefering to think the worst, rather than give the club and the individuals at the helm the benefit of the doubt. We are not aparty to any of the negotiations that go on be it Broncos / Quins, Broncos / RFL, Broncos / Adams Park, etc and frankly some of the stuff now being trotted out is embarrassing, too easy to run the club and the individuals down from behind the keyboard.
When I signed up to be a 'London' fan, I knew it wasnt going to be an easy ride, and so it has proved. It's cost me far too much money, time, emotion and whilst I despair at times with many things that go on at the club, what gets me down the most is that there are so many 'glass half empty' individuals contributing to this forum. It drags you down into a spiral of depression.
One thing I firmly believe though (without anything to substantiate) is that David Hughes has spent too much money and too many hours on elite London RL to let it sink without a trace. Like most of us who have belief in London RL, and are desperate to see it succeed and I am sure he will work tirelessly to do whats best.

There are certainly plenty of negatives about the club at the moment and we're all aware of them without any need to be constantly reminded by anyone else.
On a point of fact, I still haven't seen any evidence of DH saying that he'll walking away at the end of this licence period. Correct me if I'm wrong but what he has done is to commit to the end of the current licence period without reference to what happens later. Of course, if things don't perk up considerably in the next 12 months, then it will be inconceivable that he'd carry on without substantial outside support.

| I might struggle to find evidence that DH is walking away at the end of the licence period, but it was my understanding that this milestone was linked to him retiring and he would therefore be unable to continue funding the club....having already given away a good chunk of his childrens inheritance to the club.

OK, strong hints but not definite, I thought. Might have been something about somebody else needing to pick up (part of) the burden.
I'm still hoping that there might be the odd ex-Palestinian refugee multi-millionaire chum of Dr Koukash racing a few horses at Sandown or Kempton.
