| Lister we are not all as thick skinned as you.  I don't go for abuse I go to enjoy a game. I don't want to sit in such an atmosphere. If you can rise above it then good for you but not all of us can. I could not yell abuse at an away fan it's not in my nature. I don't need to be wrapped in cotton wool and I have been to a massive amount of away games but these last three home games have been beyond what any reasonable fan should tolerate. But other clubs season ticket holders don't have to sit with away fans Maybe I need lessons from you.  |

Find this series of posts all rather boring. Still one must allow QRL 'fans' - as against long term supporters of RL - to 'moan & grouse'. Otherwise what else can the [QRL] fans really write about.......the majority of our 'fans' have little real understanding of the 'greatest game'...though after nearly 30 seasons their are some around starting to learn the rules and get an basic understanding of the skills involved.

I have to agree and will also not renew my gold season ticket next season if I have to sit in the East Stand. I also understood that the Gold seats were not going to be sold to away fans but there were a number just in front of us at the Wigan game. Not that I mind away fans who are usually great and cause no trouble but why say one thing and then completely ignore it. |

something else to add to the mix
The rowdy lot at lets say my club Warrington all stand together
Thus geeing each other up and singing louder which then infects and spreads through the crowd.
They stand where they want in the south stand, if you want 'your' space you get there early.
If you want specific seats in the north or east stands you book your ticket.
So open a stand for away and one for home let people go where they want to and it will improve the atmosphere
if you spread the rowdy Wire fans up (which you did) it decreases the likely hood of a really rowdy atmosphere.

so then storming bronco you arrogant git, do we need to start a thread on qualifications and rugby league experience and ability to comment on something simple as poor use of the wonderfull facilities we have
If you need my qualifications been watching rugby league for 40plus years
been playing on and off for the same time and do know the rules of the game
still think using the single stand for both sets of fans rubbish, the better stand all round is the west, and if its to keep sky happy then 1 stand pretty full and 3 empty looks

Must say I am tending to see the point of away fans (unless Hudds, Salford, Frogs and taffs) being bounced into the North.

Open 'message' to Big Graeme, Dave Lister and Mikeb1234........sorry but you will not get me to change my 'views' and please note I've a very thick skin where seemingly the three of you a rather touchy and very thin skinned. Oh dear that will cause you to very likely 'explode'
Also never know 'old fulham' was banned....... might add that some people could well consider your comments to be deemed 'abusive' ..... though I do not but rather consider then both rather pathetic and very childish.
So to get back to the subject...... just let's wait what the 'new' GM makes of the seating & ticket selling. Am sure things will get better by next season and perhaps even sooner....so shut up.....stop moaning and if you have a 'complaint' why not put pen to paper, buy a stamp and mail it but really do not 'clutter' this forum with your 'piffle'.....
