The club is nomadic and doesn't need to be in London so any bias is self imposed, if you want the kudos of being in the capital then don't be bleating about any hardships you encounter, with all this bleating and hand wringing you are turning people off the idea of a team in the capital. Er it is normal practice for people in london to be paid a london weighting, even those who travel from the North and for the simple reason for this additional payment is that it is expensive living in london. For the price of a house in london you could probably buy a whole street up north.

biggunbrad....do you think an assistant manager at the Halifax in Halifax earns the same as an assistant manager of a branch in Ealing? I can assure you that the person doing the same job in the south gets between 10 and 15% more in London weighting....it's what happens across the board.
