There are two reasons the wikipedia article has 29 contracted players versus the 27 players on this thread I have yet to see it announced anywhere that Adam Janowski will be a member of the first team squad next season.
The first one took me a while to figure out.

No idea. I thought he was out of contract at the end of the season just gone. If you can find me a link I will will correct it. Ward has been added, bringing the number up to the magic 17. Just enough to field a team... |

Walker's future with Catalans is a bit up in the air and the last I heard he was expected to be released from the second year of his deal - Australia his most likely destination anyway. We need a new winger though - Calderwood to fill the gap?
According to PTB's sheet, Dorn and Karl do not count on quota....is that right? |

OK it`s nearly the end of November and our first warm up game is 2 months away......So, given that we now know there are only to be a couple of additional signings has anyone got a handle on what the squad looks like i.e. leavers, known joiners to date and youngsters coming up through the ranks etc????

Rumours around Wigan that you may get Josh Charnley on a season long loan, the club say nothing has been decided but they did not deny the rumours.
Also heard you may also be after a couple or players on loan from poss Leeds or Wire.
