| Not surprised to hear that others have not received the promised free tickets...I was, however, quite shocked just now as I replied to Gus' email that included the survey link and he responded personally to me! At 8.30 in the evening! He apologised and told me he's forwarded my information to the ticket office.....
Who says the man doesn't do his job!  |

He is the C E ing O.....his job is not sorting out ticketing issues, but it makes him look busy, so he'll doit.
His Job would have been to make sure that the person in the ticketing department made sure that all lapsed ST holders that responded received their promised freebies.....not checking his ing blackberry at 8.30pm 
Fiasco...another buzz word that will get its own month  |

I just got an email from the club - from a Guy MacKay
Dear Supporter,
Thank you for your valuable feedback to our recent survey.
As indicated in my original email to you, we look forward to welcoming you as our guests to the opening game of the season this Sunday 3rd February, kick-off 3pm.
You should have already received your two complimentary tickets in the post, however, if you are still waiting for delivery, please call the London Broncos ticket office and they will be able to re-print tickets for you which will be available for collection at Gate 3.
So does it look like they forgot to send them out - hardly likely to encourage any confidence that things have changed at the club (off field at least)
