Ackers will be in white with a north American maple leaf accent

| Ackers homesick and then joins Wolfpack. What a joke. We are a soft touch, should have got a fee.

where's the like button?
Spot on BTW......we do tend to just accept funding from our owner with no actual business acumen being shown......another in a long line of players we should have received a fee for.

You can't blame the lad.He can't keep paying for his digs, new contract 12 months ago left him little choice should other options come available.

| I was under the impression that Toronto were going to have an English base in the Northwest next season, so perhaps not such an odd move for a player homesick for the M62 corridor.

Correct, but what about when they have their batch of games in Canada? At least a couple of months away from "home".

If they finish in the top 2 (which I expect) then 15 "home" games or about 29% of the year.....and I sincerely hope that they are made to play home and away week on week like the rest of the clubs..........I can understand Feb and early March being a non-starter, but after that, they should be treated exactly like everyone else and if the travel has an adverse effect, then that's their problem!

| Quite right CMG. The RFL will have to treat Toronto as any other club, if they as expected make the 8s. Should the traveling be too much, bad luck.

| Why is early Feb and march a non starter? There pitch has an inflatable cover that goes over it, keep it covered when the snow is falling then drop it for the games. Put money on Akers gets more time in wigan with his family playing for Toronto than he did with london.

| As for batch of games in Canada, I think they played in batches of 4 does that not equate to one month?
I would hope that next year the fixture list is as it should be, not with Toronto getting groups of games home and away.
I suspect however the RFL will bend to what they want it's the bright new hope for the sport don't forget

| Let us not beat around there. Andy Ackers has been tapped up by Toronto. He should have come out and done the decent thing and said that he had had a good offer from Toronto and wished to leave.
To use the old, London is too expensive, I miss my family and then sign for a club that plays on a different continent is rather pathetic.

| Absolutely gutted to lose these two players but I thank them for their time with us.
Hope William goes on from strength to strength at his new club, he's got such talent.
Wonder if we could tempt Brad Dwyer back to London again?
