As I intend to be in another country before 2010 season starts, it would be nice to think I have contributed to this historic monument as there is no way, once I go, that I will be donating NZ dollars to the fund

The design looks great, but aren't the words "rugby league" somewhat superfluous, as presumably it will only be on display at rugby league matches? A single word "Harlequins" would look much bolder from a distance and much more impressive when caught on television cameras.

As I initially put it 'Rugby League' is essential to the banner! What inspired me to put the post in the first place was to have something of our own that was clearly and distinctly RL having seen the RU (and what looks like an official club produced ) banner hanging in the corner of the East Stand. If RL or Rugby League is not on the banner then its all been a bit pointless and I would want my tenner back!

A few of the unsuccessful designs for the RL Pride of London flag featured quarters - maybe this could work for the 30th anniversary one with a quarter each given to the crests of Fulham, Crusaders, Broncos and Harlequins?

Sound great, anyone got access to some decent quality graphics from Fulham, Crusaders and Broncos days?

Please please please tell me you have found the Crusaders and fulham logos.
As a late starter, I have no problem with the bronco's and Quins ones, but the other 2 may require a little more research.
I wouls also prefer them to be place inside this......a flag that represents LONDON, not just Quins.

I think you'll find you'll be in breach of copyright.
Nevertherless a good idea using a familiar logo unique to the capital.
