Catalans were given 1 year exemption.
Crusaders (the welsh team) were given a franchise - P & R wasn't an issue.
Hudds finished bottom for 3 years and would have been relegated if a suitable replacement was there to take their place.
Regarding your tiresome Pit Village jibes - well that will only make "us northerners" want you to fail even more. And thats just business. |

So hudds and crusaders were never given an exemption then? So what is the argument?
My view on p & r if the sport as a whole decides it is a good thing to have eternal yoyo clubs then fine.
Pit village jibe! Take it as a compliment mate, without the approach that wire quin is suggesting fev, wakey, cas would all have merged as would fc and kr, a bit of loyalty never hurt anyone. As for you "Northerners" wanting us to fail even more, I cant believe you really think that.

About a dozen players, although many of those are kids.
One pre-season game announced so far, away at Leeds. |
