| If this fails, and I hope it proves to the club that we want to stay in London, how about following the Skolars and help them push up to the Championship? Promotion is a definite possibility next year.

I don't think there is promotion next year, leaving it a year for the new teams to bed in I read somewhere.
But back on topic yes, no hesitation.

| The pricing structure has been bizarre for a while now. Tickets are too cheap. Another sign of how badly the club is run from a business POV.
I imagine that the club could sell tickets at £5 more without impacting attendances such is the inelasticity of demand. That's the equivalent of turning your nose up at an extra £150k per annum.

| Yes.
And ever since they started messing about with seating arrangements I'd also have been willing to pay more to sit in the West Stand.

I quite agree. I paid the more expensive price but would have paid more if it was to help the club.
Yes I understand ticket discounting to drum up interest but we only get what we pay for and for the last few years we have been paying under the odds for top level sport in a top venue. Yes, we can moan about a lot of the performances that we have been subjected to in that time but again we were not being charged enough to pay for a top level squad and club in the most expensive part of the country.
A move to Gillingham is clearly aimed at a new and different market. Fair enough, good luck.
I however want to support a London club, playing in London. I am prepared to pay a reasonable rate to achieve that.

| Deffo!! The Stoop is the place for us......Double the cost of a season ticket is nothing compared to the time/travel costs to that Shite-hole Gillingham.....

| I'd pay more but would it encourage new support unless the team starts next season as it's finishing this one.

The club should just write this season off and focus on next year as being the first of the "rebrand". DH has finally seen sense and binned Powell off and if Rea is announced permanently, then their is some real hope for a stable future (on the pitch). People are happy to pay obscene amounts of money to watch Harlequins RU only a few years after far more humble beginnings. Have the 1000 core fans paying £200 for a season ticket and go from there. If they product is good, people will pay.
