What has Calderwood got to do to get in the squad. He was one of the better ones at Bradford. I am losing patience with our coach. Was glad to see the back of Mac, was hoping it wouldn't be Powell and am beginning to totally despair of ever having a coach who can coach or pick a winning team. Few weeks in and wish I wasn't a season ticket holder my faith feels truely tested. My rose tinted specs can't even get me through this debacle of a team.

Dunno mate but I remember coming back from a holiday abroad a few years back with the nastiest b*st*rd
gut bug ever as well as my duty frees! I must have lost about 10-11lbs in 7-10 days - an effective weight loss programme I grant you but not one I would recommend! If Burnett has something of this nature (rather than just abit of an upset stomach following a night on the lash and a dodgy kebab!) it will have been extremely debilitating and will take him a fair while to fully get over (2-3 weeks at least). I hope he's on the mend - I know how unpleasant a serious bout of food poisoning can be - I thought he'd been one of our most effective performers early on in the season. Get well soon Mike.

Does JO'C deserve selection or not, have missed most of the season until now but from what I saw last year he is as good as the options and still v young.

I would like to see him play at centre, but that may underline my lack of rugby knowledge!

PC Plum's view is simple - on current form he does not deserve to be in the starting 13, he works hard and is better under the high ball than last season but is defensively naive and his try scoring record is simply not good enough. We have a former England international in the squad who, I believe merits a run.
