"Thanks you for your Broncos e-mail observation. We have informed the RFL who put the mail together."'"
Thanks meliferra.Great that you got a response! The key to improving a business is to hear what the punters want. What email did you use to inform of the Broncos mail mistake, may I ask?

Hearing that the error wasn't their fault is hardly at the cutting edge of CRM, but you make a valid point regarding the importance of communication with customers in a modern business.
Given that we are still the London Broncos, I would hope that Gus.Mackay@londonbroncosrl.com would still function as an email address. Offices move daily, but NORMALLY, email addresses remain the same.
As he was the only remaining member of staff left after the 2013 cull, I'd suggest an email to him would get a response of some sorts if the good staff at the Hive can't answer your enquiry.

For me the first port of call is normally info@barnetfc.com.
Then I have the following addresses that I contact direct depending on the issue.
Ticketing - Daniel doriordan@barnetfc.com
Website - Oscar ochamberlain@barnetfc.com
Commercial - John jmeir@barnetfc.com
Because I was in an email conversation about the Back2Barnet.co.uk campaign at the time, I included a note about the mistakes that had been mentioned. If your not getting any joy from the London Bronco addresses then I would use these as they will definitely respond and can always tell you the right address if they can't help directly.

I would have said bypassing Gus was the key myself.

| Plumy I am with you. Basically there are 2 choices, turn up and support the lads that pull the shirt on or dont, its actually as simple as that.
We the supporters can pontificate as much as we want about everything. The simple fact is d h is the bankroller of the club and he has chosen to employ the current ceo
non of us on here are in a position to put the money in to change that. So all the number and stats quoting all the comments of where we are or should be playing, all the whines about the web site and tr are pointless and fans sniping at each other on here again pointless.
Lets get behind the boys on the park and hope we make it through the season and beyond

Possibly. I'd rather tell them if I discover a problem than ignore it and allow it to damage the club I support. An example was earlier in the season when Cambridge fans discovered a loophole in the online ticketing system that allowed them to purchase adult tickets but pay kids prices. I'm guessing Daniel was fairly releived that someone told him before the club took a big hit.
I'm currently working on a ban they have on distributing leaflets at the Hive and to get an agreement for some posters so the supporters trust can advertise the Back2Barnet campaign more effectively and increase membership.

Each to their own. Personally I am not prepared to be treated like an idiot and sleep walk over the edge of a cliff like a lemming. Enjoy the season.

Fair enough at least you are backing up your words/issues with action ie non attendance.

22268_1354053306.jpg Long live the Fulham-London Crusaders-Broncos Harley-Quids Broncos (again) RLFC!:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_22268.jpg |

| Well, I'm gonna feel free to critisize AND turn up to (shifts allowing) about half a dozen home games, and if I'm off an away game or two. I don't think it helps to not turn up, it'll just hurtle us towards oblivion.
I did'nt go to a single Quins RL game, and it didn't really achieve anything. The club went back to Broncos true, but more because Quins nicked a huge chunk of the "new" fans rather than old-heads like me not going.
When I'm there I will scream myself ho, in support of the guys and disagreeing with the ref (a must do, IMO), this does not mean I'll agree with whatever decisions TR makes, or I will suddenly wanna be mates with MacKay.
I'll always respect TR for past services, but suspect his tactical decisions and leadership.
I'll always be thankful to Hughes for propping up the club I've followed for 23years.
If it all goes belly up, I'll follow whatever emerges from the wreckage, if thats nothin'.............................................., I'll go watch the Skolars.
London RL! Hard work but great fun!
