At the very least we need experienced half backs / organisers and two mongrel props. At least the young blokes have some experienced heads to look to. I am sure TR realises this.

"this unusually late time"? As in, when most clubs are over halfway through pre-season, having settled on their 25-man squads before Christmas?
I get that he wants to be positive. Good for him. But please, don't treat us like idiots. You're cobbling together a team of vastly inexperienced players at the last minute - you don't have any competition in this regard because they're isn't any.

I would imagine the loanees and the imports from down under have and i suspect they will fill most of the 1st team spots as we have a lot of inexperienced youngsters who wil only get the odd game this season. |

Agreed T.C. Its not perfect for sure and we are up against it but if these guys roll there sleeves up and give it their best shot to show they can make a career of this we may win a few games and surprise people. There may be a couple of players to come who will put a smile on our faces still.
