Depends on how you look at it.
It could be a much bigger gamble as Catalans are more likely to get a franchise next time round then we are.
So we need a coach that will guarentee us our average in the top 8. |

There's no such thing, not with our squad and financial situation. Id like to see a serious, experienced, professional coach in charge. Rea and McD were'nt/aren't that, although Rea was more so than McD is. They might be expensive but that's what we need as much as better players. |

With tony rea we got play-off rugby and we are not getting that with McDermott, and Im not sure we can afford to sack him he's got 2 years on his contract.
Although I would like to see McDermott stay and Hughes bring in Brian Noble to a similar role that Tony Smith and Jimmy Lowes are.
