I wonder what the ambitious plans are?'"
Until we know more, it seems as we are in no hurry to move into Wimbledon? until supporters are back? If people are going to be watching on the RL App, it would be good to be seen in a top ground that Wimbledon seems, it may encurage them to want to visit!

Henderson started the centralisation of the teams and was doing a good job as coach. Had he stayed i think we would be in a similar position.

Possibly, but under Danny Ward the team spirit seemed to improve no end. We have had better players in the past but the team that got promoted and exceeded expectations In SL was way more than the sum of its parts.

| Quote: Ed3 "I get the negativity Dave I do.
but the mistakes that lost his the majority of supporters were over a decade ago.
The state the whole sports in the UK is not in great shape.
As far as I understand every single rugby league club has lost fans year on year apart from Castleford.
Maybe Leeds attendance will go up on average with there lovely new stand.
but for the likes of us nomads who never owned a ground or bar blah blah blah.
We simply don't make any money as a club.
Trailfinders bless it did its job stabilize the club.
Because I'm sure it was very cheap.
And on the field product improved.
We got promoted in 2017 had great fun in 2018.
Crowds may never come back and we maybe dust as a club/business.
Our biggest hurdles are crowds getting more bums in seats.
The fear of promotion and relegation.
And a permanent home but if plough lane comes off it's an agreement for 10-years.
Which is a start.'"
Agree with all of this, especially with the suggestion that the mistakes were made 10 years ago. And insanely, one of the biggest mistakes the club has ever made continues to draw a salary from the the pockets of Hughes
Setting the ticket prices at £25 for our latest 'permanent' home is hardly the way to get the bums on seats, I'm sure you'll agree?

| "As mentioned in last weeks email from our Head of Commercial James Milner our prices are exactly the same as at least one other club in our division and very similar to the other leading teams. By adding in the Polo shirt we felt that supporters were getting a little bit extra on top."
I do not see the point of providing a free polo shirt with membership, why not just make the membership as cheap as possible. I wonder who is making money out of supplying the polo shirts to the club?

Incredible stuff.
I see that the club's social media arm is fully operational this afternoon reporting that sales are apparently buoyant - double figures, I wonder?

I think you might just know the answer to that. Agreed the Polo shirt is pointless.

| Don't think i have ever been asked to buy a non refundable Season Ticket without knowing where the games will take place.
At the very least until the Wimbledon deal is done or otherwise, Broncos should be able to announce the backup ground. Surely its not a State Secret?

Indeed. I can't commit until I know where we are playing and have an opportunity to work out how to get there.

| Listy, not sure why positivity can be classed as deluded. But hey. But obviously crashman ed3 and victor are part of the same deluded club.

| Who's the guy stealing leaving Dave? I'm personally not actually that clued up on office structure.
The ticket prices seem fine to me.
Especially season ticket and half season ticket.
Also say the Wimbledon deal is on I doubt they'd allow us to undercut their walk up prices.
They're not going to allow us to stick a 15 quid entry.
When it's 20 30 quid to get in for their football games.

Rob Powell head of youth I suspect is who he is referring. Rob was head coach for one season, unfortunately the year we spent to full salary cap and he didn't have the experience to carry it off.

Just noticed your signature is still in place
The McDermott//Powell transition effectively doomed the club. It was a shocking appointment - Powell shouldn't have been anywhere near the job and made a total hash of it. It's been downhill on and off the pitch ever since.
Looking at the quality of the squad from around the Quins RL era really is depressing.

I've never heard of a ground share deal where the owning club set the borrowing clubs admission prices. They may well set bar prices etc, as they often keep the revenue, but not admission prices.
The concern is £25 is a real deterrent to potential newcomers / returnees. Few people in London wake up wanting to pay to watch live RL. The club has to go out and win them over. £25 + all other related expenditure on something you have no idea whether you wil enjoy is enough to make people think. Multiply that up for a couple, family etc. Hopefully there are family on the gate tickets?
Fair enough if the club have planned promotions etc to attract newcomers / win back old fans. If so, good on them. However the last promotion I am aware of was a hundred or so free admission flyers dumped half hidden in a food venue in Ealing. I was a season ticket holder but picked one up anyway, they were for the previous match. Untargetted offers rarely work in the sports world If the club doesn't raise its game off the pitch, I fear the price will hurt the club.
I used to come in groups of up to twenty to Broncos games. I'm the only one left. I'll see if I can drag some of them back at some point but £25 + travel etc for something you have drifted away from will be a hard sell.
The other concern is those saying they are dropping from season tickets to pay on the gate will blow out potential mis-matches they would have attended if a season ticket holder or it was cheaper on the day. You then see fans drifting away over time.
If the club have a good new fan engagement / old fan re-engagement / fan retention strategy underpinning the pricing strategy, my concerns will be significantly reduced. Time will tell.
