| Places like Leeds, Wigan Bradford and Lond have good transport facilities but a lot of the LB fans travel from the home counties where public transport is non existant.

David Hughes - The Gerald Ratner of Rugby League? Discuss. Or not as the case may be.:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_66844.jpg |

Maybe it would be best if he pulled the plug?
It's getting to the stage where the club is a thoroughly flogged dead horse that is only serving to hold Skolars back.

| As for Ealing I've already given a report.
To summarise crap journey, no turnstiles, one bog & a banqueting suite.
The pitch looks good though.
Small acorns & all that ...

| Itsmeagain, you never tried getting from some of the villages round the edges of Leeds/bradford etc on the bus have you mate?
I get the point that public transport is not brilliant getting out of the home counties but its the same if yr going to the stoop Barnet or ealing so it's not actually the destination that's the problem there, don't see how you can blame the club for that! Struggling to see how broncos can take the blame for poor home counties transport infastructure.
Be interesting to hear what folk say after going to a watch a game there though.

There's a bloke with a trestle table.
Just like at a County Cricket outground.
God knows what they'd do to ensure payment if a bunch of herberts like Salford rocked up.
Cross that bridge when/if they come to it I suppose.

That's entirely what they are doing though. In your desperation to defend them and portray anyone complaining about the journey as a whinger you have forgotten or decided to ignore one thing. The club has decided to play on a Sunday despite knowing that local transport links are much worse that day. Forgetting what the journeys from the home counties may be like (generally slower and more prone to disruption on a Sunday) just the final part of the journey is likely to add an hour to the time taken on a Saturday in a round trip. When the club has decimated its own support, this seems utterly self defeating to me. Still I am sure you can find another spurious comparison to belittle those put out. How about travelling London fans whine more than Cas fans who can walk to Wheldon Road.

| Taff, people whinged when we played on Sat, people whinged when we play Sunday. At least we know which day it's going to be, and for those that drive Sunday traffic likely to be lighter.
Not sure why you have decided it's desperation to defend the club, it is what it is, if you want to come as I say then there is the train, bus, bike skate board loads of ways getting around, if you continually want to find reasons not to come fine, it's you thats going to miss out on watching rugby league in London.
Personally Sunday suits me, means I get to be involved in the amateur game on a sat. So I get to take part and watch. Sure that was one of the arguments against playing on Saturdays so sunday means those that play the game can play on sat and on sun support.
As for me defending ir not defending the club, merely saying it is what it is, we can't change it so might as well accept it and find the best way to make it work for you

| In answer to BroncOnion it was the Bristol game I went to.
Their fans were boisterous but good natured.
Unlike Salford who only manage to be boisterous.
