Exactly what I'm still hearing from my souce. Superleague membership in 2014 is a done deal on already agreed terms IF we provide a suitable ground. Here's hoping the ground hasn't put a spoke in the wheel...... |

Does anyone think that the RFL would go for a relaxed quota for London? Imagine the screams should the Broncos actually avoid relegation.
That said, the performance of most of our Aussies over the last couple of yeas doesn't fill me with confidence. Aside from Bailey, Gower and Soward, the best you can say is that at least Ben Fisher dresses his young son in a Ramones T shirt

I'm hearing all that sort of stuff has been provisionally agreed and signed off by all relevant parties however it is subject to us finding and funding an appropriate ground. If we get the ground the rest should fall into place quite quickly.
I'm not aware of what has been decided re overseas players but as has been mentioned the immigration laws and strong Aussie dollar could pose challenges so we if granted we could end up with people who can get a GB passport from below the current top level. |

The article in League Weekly yesterday, caused a lot of overnight concern, from youth players to people involved at the club. Asked League Weekly for accuracy, no response, not able to contact my source I spoke to last week yet.
It is time for the RFL to speak! if they are all back from their jolly!

A youth player tweeted on Saturday that he'd just signed a pro-contract with the London Broncos so cant be going bust soon.

Completely agree about League Weekly(Can't believe their band heading, they are the number one sold RL Newspaper), but it was stated as fact, now other websites such as Super League Fans etc are picking it up, and spreading the allegation, League Weekly now refuse to comment?
As I stated earlier in the thread, I was told in a long conversation Thursday evening, that it was just confirmation of the ground agreement to be settled. |
