| I would think the quality of the coach might depend on the full/part time decision. We of course had a very good coach & let him walk away.

| Maybe wrong but I didn't think any player had a contract for next season thought they were all out of contract and no one re-signed

Option 1.
We are going Part time and will promote the academy side to the first team with a bunch of journeymen picked up
Option 2.
We are signing the entire squad of the Hammersmith Hills Hoists so we can once again be accused of 'bringing nothing to the sport" and being 'just a bunch of aussies"
Option 3.
Craig Bellamy and the entire Melbourne Storm squad are due to land in the UK in January 2022 and rebrand as the London Broncos, to utter disgust of Leigh, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Featherstone and Salford who will all be relegated in 2023, as we get promoted to the new 10 team comp and we pull up the drawbridge
,,,,,,,,,probably none of the above, but 3 would be my preferred option

| I like Option 3 too but am expecting not so much a dream but more of a nightmare.

| It’s going to be a hybrid model relying on the kids as part timers with a few full time professionals to ensure plays offs is a possibility. So basically like this year except a few of the younger players will now need to supplement their income from elsewhere. It will be interesting to see how the club will sell this. “We’ve brought on some young non-heartland players and it’s worked well so we’re going to continue in that vein and are saying good bye to Miski et al and hello to xy and z under 19s.” ?
The disconnect with the move to PL and the 2 extra training grounds is really difficult to compute. Oh well, we’ll soon find out. Does anyone know when Championship clubs begin to sign up players for the next season. There can now be little doubt which league we will be playing in so I hope the club are on recruitment or this season’s problems will be replicated.

| David Hughes should hang his head in shame.....even if Option 3 was true, he has destroyed the club as a viable entity

Do you like watching "your" team get hammered? If you do, come along and bring a couple of mates: you'll be our "crowd" for next week.

| Yup that could work. Or “ever fancied playing 2nd tier RL? Slots are coming available every week, enter our draw for a chance to play”.

We know from past experience that a competitive SL side in London has half a chance of attracting a decent crowd if it is sold well.
An average championship side with the sort of marketing have seen under DH's tenure has next to zero chance of being a success.

| I can see there is value to both rugby league & Broncos in them being a SL franchise particularly if they stay at PL for the supposed 10 years. I can't see any value for either rugby league or Broncos being any sort of Championship side.

| Spending £200,000 pa on renting Plough Lane (plus 2 training grounds) whilst moving the squad to a part-time basis would be the most typical London Broncos decision of al time. Probably means it's nailed on.

| Gallows humour is alive and well I see
We've no coach and no players "announced" for 2022. Given nobody knows which division they will be in next year it what said division will be called, I am still suspicious that there's some form of underhand dealing going on at the RFL.
Have London been assured of a top spot? Are Featherstone to be denied again by a SL concerned with it's own survival more than the game itself? Are Toulouse going to walk the comp only to be invited in but with no income?
The lack of any definitive news coming out of the RFL is worrying, but the silence from London at the moment is making me thing backroom deals are being done...
