What exactly is the situation?

The issue is that we are less than one week away from first game of season, and so far have not recieved the tickets. Hence the concern

Has anyone spoken to the club and confirmed tickets are in hand? As long as they are with you before sat next week it’s all that matters really

From the clubs Facebook page "Season Tickets will be delivered from the club by courier on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week before our first Home game against @BarrowRaiders on Sunday Feb 4th. They are being delivered by One World Express. #WeAreLondon"

A lot of people are unhappy about this as they will be out at work and apparently the packages are too big to go through the letterbox.

Some have queried this with the club and have not been enamored by the response they've received.

I'd say that it's hard to tell when it's off or in season with regards to the club and its communications (sic). The issue of ST's is endemic of how the club and its owner see the fans.......we bring very little to them (maybe 10k at the gate) when compared to the income we receive from our benevolent benefactor and therefore are treated as an afterthought. Sir Dave is probably still peeved about all the Broncos jerseys he'd paid to have produced that were left unsold and which were eventually given to charity.
Back to the ST issue in hand.....rather than waste more of Saint Dave's hard earned on couriers, why not have a gazebo at the entrance where you can walk up and collect your tickets on match day? As you say, we're looking at 500 tops in attendance and I'd be stunned if we had more than 200 ST Holders.

I bought two season tickets online a few weeks back. They only asked for one name, which was odd, but they definitely charged me for two tickets. One arrived today, with no sign of the other. Will call them in the morning to ask.

I had something not totally dis-similar last season. To be fair, the club sorted it very promptly. Hopefully it'll be the same for you.

Postman brought mine this morning - no signing necessary

The Mrs got hers this morning through the post unfortunately they didn't put mine in with it. So I rang club and they sent it this afternoon hopefully it'll reach me before Sunday

Just to confirm I received 3 season ticket cards, but not actual ticket book like last year. Is the ticket just the card this year?

Yes, it is just a card in 2018.

Not got mine but do have a signed for parcel to collect at the Post office. Did anyone sign for theirs or is it likely to be missing?
