Which side used to cut the fish fingers? I remember a few years back going to HKR and kids about 6 throwing stones at the supporters’ coach, whilst visiting west hull we were given lollipops!

I remember going to York, on the Keighley coach, as a York fan! the coach got bricked there, does not make York a bad place!! Nowt wrong with "Ull" hopefully gonna get up to the game on Monday.

The East v West debate. Which is the posh side of London?
It is the same in most cities and it goes back to the industrial era, the wind generally blows from West to East so the people with money lived in the West because the pollution blew over the Eastern side of the city. It is the same in most cities.
A house in the western suburbs of Hull will sell for around twice as much as an identical property in the Eastern suburbs.
Even the DJ's on local radio take the mick out of East Hull

Read my post properly I know you will get houses in West Hull cheap. But in the Western suburbs the likes of Kirk Ella and Swanland you will pay twice as much as in the Eastern suburbs

You can't really claim kirkella as west Hull but if you are I agree because my sister lives there and paid about 250 grand and one of my other sisters lives in bilton and paid about 180 grand for similar sized houses

I sadly recall I had to contact the Hull FC Supporters Club lady each time - she of the lollipops - and tell her how many supporters we were bringing (40 -odd sometimes!!) so she could meet our bus to guarantee us safe passage to our seats. Is it insecurity perhaps - having two teams in one small town? Don't like going even now but we'll prob be there on Monday.
