2,117 is the worst ever attendance for a visit of the "tin pot" vikings to the capital....I suspect that we will get nearer the highest ever, 3855 (their last day in the SL of 2005 IIRC) due to the splendid offering of a comfy seat and nosebag for a double score as well as the slightly less than quarterpage adverts in the local rags.

Sorry....I have a lot of time for Widnes as a club and for their fans, but we should absolutely hammer you on Sunday and if by some strange fate, we do lose to you, I will be more than absolutely surprised....I'll be stunned!
The Squad we had last year was capable of a top 8 finish.....this years squad, a top 6...anything less than at least one extra game at the end of the seaon will be a massive failure in most fans eyes and beating teams like yours is key to making the top 6!

Slightly disrespectful, not to the club of widnes but to our players. We had horrible injuries last year, star signing watts played 20 mins of the season, we had to sack Moore, briscoe, one of our better players played eight games. We never went anywhere near the salary cap like you guys and could have snatched 3/4 more wins. Yourselves, Catalans, saints and hull kr.

Unfortunately every team does suffer injury problems but us more so. We should be capable of finishing 10th or above with a fit squad. We have 4/5 first choice players missing against you.

Like I said previously I think London are favourites but nothing I've come across so far would convince me that you should hammer us this Sunday.

I always think you should respect your opponents, at least before a game. A derby game is somewhat different. Pride goes before a fall and all that, and you really shouldn't give the opposing team any ammo!
