| Even though i would love Broncos at Copthall for purely selfish reasons, would they have rugby league there even if Broncos wanted to play there?
They're having a pitch similar to Widnes' pitch so there are no pitch issues, but would the locals let them play?
They're already up in arms that Saracens were given permission, so sticking the 13-16 extra fixtures may upset them.
Would Sarries want Broncos there, would Broncos actually even want to go there?

| London RL owe David Hughes something like 8,000,000 over the last 5 or 6 years.....you have to ask yourself, WHERE has that money been well spent?
2007-2012
156 SL games, 48 wins (30%), 4 draws and 104 losses....average score a 19-29 loss. Average finishing position, 11th with 16 points and 15% less fans at home games.......
....seriously....why would anyone have a pop at a Union club who in the same space of time make us look like the clusterf**k that we are
As for us playing there as tenants........yeah, let's swap one ground for another rather than face the cold hard facts
The only positive with a move to Barnet as tenants would be that Moe and Jaybs would still have a 4 hr round journey to games

| Before it was all finalised they could have offered to buy in to the idea, took some of the burden of building costs and been part owners, can't ever see the Broncos in their own home.

the question has to be asked why would sarries want a partner...especially one with the worst current record for business management in professional club rugby of either code...and I include Bradford in that statement!
Sarries attract 83k to a game...raise the national and international profile of the club.....and have now attracted a major sponsor...yet they are to be riddiculed?
The New London Broncos attract 1,970 to a game, have no local profile, let alone national and have attracted a local building supply company for the final 25% of the season.......please tell me that everyone can spot the difference?
Interesting statement of intent from Salford Recently.......

Saffercens are almost as much a failure as Broncos crowd wise they just market themselves better.
For example next season their average attendance will be swelled by a "home game" played in Northampton's patch.
Clever stuff admittedly but they're just a busted flush of a different kind.
The Enron of rugby if you will.

A forum is somewhere for debate and discussion......the discussion here is where will we play next year and whilst someone highlighted the excellent job being done by sarries, someone else tried to deride it.....quoting free tickets and special offers.....I pointed out we should be so lucky.
Sorry if the idea of a debate upsets you.

WTF?
Seriously??
I have shown how they got a few hundred less for 1 game than Quins RL did in 2 entire seasons and you still want to have a pop?
Without the Wembley game, they still average twice the size gate that the London SL team gets.....yet you still reckon they're crap?
8,000,000 off the cost of their OWN STADIUM whilst the Broncos are resigned to another year of tenancy and nomadic existance.
I don't have an endless supply of Irony meters...please think of that before you post on this topic again...

Marketing wise they're geniuses.
Managing to parlay crowds made up of McFly fans, & similar type eventers, into a stadium paid for by a multi-national is mightily impressive.
It's all smoke & mirrors though.
They're failing upwards like Enron & one day it will go tits up.

& <woosh> there's you missing the point again.
I fully acknowledge that Broncos are an abject & dismal failure both on & off the pitch.
But even with all their marketing expertise Saracens are still a failure off the pitch.
They just look like a success which is why they're able to attract investment.
Hence the Enron analogy.

| Lets be honest, we'd all be happy if the club were failure with 6,000 fans like Saracens, rather than a terribly run shambles with 1,000 fans.
I also don't understand how a move to Barnet would be worthwhile. What's the point in moving from being in bed with one RU team to moving to be in bed with another RU team? Thousands of Harlequins RU fans never bothered to turn up so why Saracens fans?
Also, from my poor knowledge of RU, I believe that Harlequins have higher attendances at the Stoop than Saracens get at Watford so why would moving make any sense?

Saracens would also be happy with crowds of 6,000.
That figure will include the 55,000 who turned up to the London Double Header at Twickenham and the thousands of free tickets they gave away to season ticket holders for the Biarritz Heineken Cup game.
