| He was turned down by TR..... but has obviously viewed it positively and gone away to work on his game... has been electric at FB scoring for fun. Yes, it's a step up in this league, but give him a shot. Welcome Mr Morris... keep fighting to improve and you'll be a success.

| Sean Morris is a good player with decent pace and fantastic ball handling. Fantastic work ethic too and a really grounded bloke off the field. He's the sort of player you want on your side as he'll produce a moment of magic such as a line break or interception. Also not afraid of defending and did very well for Oxford at Full Back last season.
He improved alot season on season so expect him to do the same again.
We'll miss him but obviously very pleased he's got a shot at a higher level. Hope to see him and the Broncos in Superleague soon.

| Plenty of full-backs. I wonder whether Mathers is being viewed as a stand-off?

| Superb news. Obviously I have seen a lot of Sean and rate him highly. He can play wing and centre but I think he is best at full back. Certainly the best young(ish) player down south though I think a couple up north in C1 last season were better, one of the top C1 players but not the very best.
Delighted to see Erjon back too. Hopefully he and the club have learnt from whatever the issue was at the end of the season.

Right or left centre? We have a bit of an issue at left centre with Naiqama, Hellewell and Farrar being right-sided.

| Don't have a proggie around to check but I think it was right. I doubt he will feature in the centres, he openly stated he wanted out of centres and is a better full back to my eyes. I fear he may be a little too slight for a modern centre. He spent his first season at centre and the second at full back.
I believe he played most of his RU - Oxford RL signed him from Oxford University RU where he was a blue - on the right wing, though he has played inside centre and left wing from memory. He played for Nottingham RU last winter but seems not to have done this year. Sean has stated he now considers himself an RL player and it looks like he decided to prepare for the RL season instead.
Last I heard his brothers were on the books at London RU clubs so if it doesn't work out for them more of the family switching codes must be possible.
BTW if anyone has been to Iffley Road, Sean lived in the house in the far corner and quite literally scored a try in front of his living room window a few times.

| So with Morris, Mathers, Naiqama and Farrar on the books, which of those backs is going to play where?

Height 188 cm (6 ft 2 in)
Weight 103 kg (16 st 3 lb)
So a bit bigger than Joe G.
EDIT: Or maybe I've been caught out? He's the guy on the right, not the one holding the ball. ![Smile icon_smile.gif](images/smilies//icon_smile.gif)

It's how able he is to get that 16+ stone about the park and how often he does it that will be important. Retired from first grade = not match fit YET
